COME INTO MY BOUDOIR AND WATCH ME PERFORM A MONOLOGUE
This sculpture was my final for my freshman year Spatial Dynamics class. People were welcomed to rest their head in my pillowy vagina where a three-way audio piece of all my insecurities and thoughts around my sexuality, gender, genitalia, and sexual experiences were laid bare. The exterior of the body is made up of cardboard, papier mache, and burlap. The colors are bright and playful, but the sculpture is clearly that of a matured person. There is textured pubic hair, armpit hair, and small lumpy breasts.
